SupportPac Vouchers

KBR SupportPac Vouchers offer you a flexible alternative to annual maintenance contracts. You simply purchase a number of SupportPac Vouchers and use them when you need them. The more vouchers you
purchase the more you save.

Each SupportPac Voucher allows you a maximum of one hour on-site
technical assistance depending on your needs. You will be prompted to replenish your vouchers as soon as they reach the required level.

• All SupportPac Vouchers come with guaranteed 8 hour response,
  9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
• All labour costs included. Parts charged at additional cost.
• Any spares needed will be at KBR quoted prices and can be
  deducted from SupportPac Vouchers.
• All SupportPac Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.

SupportPac Hourly Cover

We also offer hourly cover for those customers wishing assistance with systems not covered by current support and maintenance agreements or
who require a highly flexible approach to their requirements.
