Our On-Site Maintenance provides levels of support starting from 4-hour
response, to make sure that any disruption to your business is kept to an
absolute minimum.

We insist our technical consultants are experienced and qualified with the
appropriate accreditation from our major suppliers.

KBR provides comprehensive computer hardware and software
maintenance services from networks and servers, to workstations and
printers, giving you the freedom to concentrate on your business. We
ensure that you have a smooth running computer infrastructure.

Helpdesk telephone Support
A single telephone call can instantly put you in touch with our computerised help desk to report faults with your system. Details of the fault, date and
time are captured and immediately passed to a technical specialist.

Our expert knowledge ensures rapid and effective attention, with the
majority of faults resolved in one single call.

Engineering On-site Support
Our rapid response on-site maintenance services offer an unrivalled level
of support.

Whilst the fault call is being logged any necessary spares or equipments
are being made available.

Platinum SupportPac

Silver SupportPac Vouchers
•  Engineering cover 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public
> Holidays)
•  Gold SupportPac response time.
•  All labour costs included.
•  Parts charged at additional cost.
•  Any parts required will be at KBR quoted prices and may be deducted

KBR SupportPac Vouchers offer a flexible alternative to annual
maintenance contracts. You simply purchase a number of SupportPac Vouchers and use them when you need them. The more vouchers you purchase the more you save.

Each SupportPac Voucher allows you a maximum of one hour technical assistance. You will be prompted to replenish your vouchers as soon as
they reach a minimal level

All SupportPac Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.

SupportPac Vouchers cannot be used to purchase capital equipment.

SupportPac Vouchers cannot be used to support servers or high end active equipment.

SupportPac Hourly Cover
We also offer hourly cover for those customers wishing assistance with systems not covered by current support or maintenance agreements, or
who require a highly flexible approach to their requirements.
